Be careful about what you assume and I%26#39;m glad you can spend my money better than me.

I%26#39;m going to the Steakhouse in June and cannot wait!!!

I will just close my eyes, put earplugs in and let my hubby lead me through. Once there, I%26#39;m sure it will be wonderful.

The Steakhouse at CC is great. In my opinion, people tend to overrate it because it is located in CC and is cheaper. If it was a stand alone or in Bellagio, Four Season, Venetian and etc, it would be right there in price with the Prime%26#39;s, Palm%26#39;s, Del Frisco%26#39;s %26amp; Smith %26amp; Wollensky%26#39;s of the world. So since they are in CC they have to lower their price to create value. Great place once you get past CC. You have the right attitude and enjoy.

I seriously considered the CC steakhouse, but in the end we have decided to go to The Palm at Caesars FS for our steak dinner. I know the steak is comparable (at least from the reviews I have read) I know I will pay more, but I agree with BigTex%26#39;s quote ';Something about staying at Bellagio and traveling to circus circus to eat that doesn%26#39;t make sense!';

I%26#39;ll be down there for a special occasion and part of what we are looking for with our excellent meal is atmosphere as well. Just my opinion...

Sorry to ruffle your feathers in regards to my opinion of the 2 steakhouses. Bigtex was merely defending my opinion. This is a forum used to express opinions on various topics relating to traveling to Las Vegas. I have mine you have yours. To call me a fool and tell me I am wasting my money is getting a bit carried away.

Bigtex was paraphrasing a response I had in regards to Deedee 2004%26#39;s post regarding a special occasion dinner for their anniversary. Deedee was undecided on wether to go to Picasso or Steakhouse CC and she is staying at the Bellagio. I offered my opinion on giving her the best of both worlds, a Steakhouse a the hotel she is staying.

VHB, VHM, Vegasman, and dereckbc all rave about the Steakhouse at CC. I respect their opinions. But this wasn%26#39;t a post regarding best steakhouse, it was a post regarding special occasion dinner and the author of the post was considering restaurants at Bellagio, being that they were staying there.

I just had a special occasion dinner at Prime so I gave her my opinion, that is what this forum is for. I got to see the Bellagio fountains throughout my dinner, I find that to be quite romantic. I just don%26#39;t believe you can match that at the CC Steakhouse.

We Plan on making reservations at the CC in April.... I recognize the restaraunt is in a bit of undesirable location...however the question is???....what is the decor and atmosphere like in the restaurant itself....Is is just average or very nice?....Good food at good prices is great...but the restaraunt should be great as well! Anyone know?

I do in fact know what I am talking about, all I said was that the Steakhouse at CC is at Circus Circus. I think that is a true statement. I never challenged food quality or service.
