Please can somebody tell me what the above means!!! We are looking to go to the Ghostbar and wanted to avoid queing and have been told that we can reserve a table with bottle service (minimum cost = $600). Is this really worth it as we are looking to go on a Wednesday evening in April.
Thanks in advance
Bottle Service
If you want guaranteed entry and a guaranteed place to sit, this is the way to do it. I don%26#39;t know if it would be worth it for 1) Ghostbar and 2) on a Wednesday night because there may be less of a crowd. Its quite possible that you may be able to get there early and have no wait on a Wednesday. I%26#39;m not sure what nights Ghostbar is the place to be...
Bottle Service
Thanks for your help on that. Where would you recommend on a Wednesday night?
I have not been out on a Wednesday night - only the weekends...
There are a few people on here that have given some great advice regarding bars/clubs... one of them is Shenanagann (sp?), maybe she%26#39;ll see this or you can repost a question to her.
I think I remember Light at Bellagio being one of the places to go on Wednesday. Also do a search for nightclubs on this site because quite a few folks have been curious where to go on which night. But I would definitely find out what the crowd is like before you do bottle service at Ghostbar.
I wouldn%26#39;t pay $600 at ghostbar. better spent at a bigger club. To get table-service, you usually get all the mixers you want, and ';n'; number of bottles, depending on the deal. It is the way to go, as the clubs charge $10+ a drink anyway. Plus, you are british, so jsut cut that $ amount in half to convert to pounds, thanks to our great economy and brilliant administration with a intelligent fiscal policy.
I%26#39;m happy to be known as the forum drunk ;-)
vegastraveler is right, you don%26#39;t want to waste that kind of money on a Wed at Ghostbar. You%26#39;re better off at Light or Tangerine. Ghostbar is going to be a lot better on the weekends. If you have a group of people who prefer hard liquor to beer, bottle service is the way to go, it gets you VIP %26amp; you%26#39;d probably spend close to the same amount on drinks at any club.
If you have any more questions I%26#39;m happy to help.
i don%26#39;t think 600 is worth it at ghost bar...i wasn%26#39;t as impressed with ghost bar as everyone says. you could pay a bouncer 50 bucks a head to get in...then blow the rest on drinks. You won%26#39;t be able to get a table, but they have couches and stuff outside.
Why would anybody pay $600 to get into any club anywhere? If I pay $600 for a club, it had better come with a years membership and have a golf course:%26gt;)
Hi~ I new here and I have some questions about bottle service and line ups too.
I%26#39;m planning a weekend trip in June for 10-12 ladies. So far Ice and Rubber/Club 7 seem like the places we want to go based on music and scene. When we get to the club, do we just walk up to the bouncer at the entrance- and then he tells us either to go to the back of the line or lets us in? If we want bottle service do we tell him and then he will let us in? Do we also have to pay cover if we get bottle service? Once we get in, I assume we get taken to a booth. Some clubs say 1 bottle for 4 people. Can we just get 2 for the 10-12 of us? Is there a bottle menu that we can pick from, or do we say vodka and they bring us whatever, or can we choose a better quality bottle? For the mixers- do they just give pop/soda or are juices and Red Bull included? Do we need to call ahead to book the bottle service?
Thanks so much in advance. I%26#39;m totally clueless about how this works.
btw- we will be there June 24- 27. We%26#39;re staying at the Trop- the 24 hour pool has us hooked!
sparkletarte,
Call the establishment and get on the reserved table list. You may still have to wait a little to get your table. Also, in short, if you have to pay for sodas, water, juice, cover, ice or some type of corking fee RUN. All the legit places include everything in the service price. Also, 1 bottle per 4 people so you would need 3 bottles.
Make reservations for bottle service a week or two in advance so they will have your name on the list. Call the clubs directly to do this. When you get to the club, then you tell them you have reservations and there is usually a separate area for you to wait in.
If the bottle minimum is one per four people, and you have 12 people, they will probably say you need three bottles. There is a menu and bottles generally start around $300. The better the alcohol the bigger the price tag.
Best thing is to call the clubs and get the specifics.
