When do the fine dining establishments tend to serve dinner? Here in Vermont, if you want dinner out, you%26#39;d better get it between 5 and 10PM ... I hope that in Vegas I can get a great meal in a strip hotel after I go see a show ... will the great restaurants still be serving at midnight?

The coffeeshop will still be serving at midnight. Most of the Fine Dining restaurants will seat you until 10:00 10:30 at the latest.
