I%26#39;ve been wanting a tattoo for as long as I can remember. I%26#39;m going to be in LV in a few weeks and for some reason, it seems like the right time to do this. I have to admit my partner isn%26#39;t all too thrilled but it means a lot to me for several reasons.
Anyway, I am sure this has been covered several to many times but where, on the strip if possible, is there a reputable tattoo parlor? Price is not object.
Legit Tattoo Places?
Sorry ladyfoxe I cant recommend a shop.
I can recommend that you look around at every shop and feel good that the artist you choose can translate what you have in mind. Whether its your design our you choose theirs, make sure its what you had in mind. Hope this helped.

Legit Tattoo Places?
Thanks for your advice. I sort of know what I want - a fox. It is my totem animal :-) Now it is just a matter of finding someone good to do it I guess.
I appreciate your input!
Nice totem
Sly like a....
I saw an interview with the Palms management and they said they were going to put a tattoo place right off their casino. I don%26#39;t know their time frame but you might want to check.
Don%26#39;t do it on vacation!
You will only be able to take a real quick daily shower for the first week after a tattoo, so that will rule out swimming, saunas, hot-tubs etc.
No sun for up to two weeks after.
It will be covered with saran wrap for the first day, then you will have to massage it up to 6 times daily with lotion.
Sometimes even with the best artists you may need to have it touched up at a later date, handy if your artist is local to you.
As a tattoo owner I advise enjoy your Vegas vacation and get (and deal with) your tattoo at home!
Bodacious great advice!
I was thinking about doing it near to the end of the vacation. I am not a sun worshipper at all so staying out of the sun afterwards is no problem (I live on the east coast and it is still quite cold here).
Also, I do not use the pool in LV either. No less, I just found out that the hotel we%26#39;re staying is renovating theirs anyway.
And last, I do intend to visit a spa early in the trip only.
But...your advice, if I don%26#39;t do it now will serve me very well if I do it later in the year as summer approaches!
Thanks again!
