atm Fees

I read somewhere that the fee to use an ATM machine is $6 per transaction ... is this true for all machines or only at select locations?

atm Fees

atm Fees

In the hotel/casinos you will find that transaction fees can be high - usually based on the amount of $$ request. Some as much as 10% of what you ask for. If you go outside the hotel/casinos - find a ';normal'; ATM - fees range from $1.50 to $2.00.

Last time I was in Vegas, July 2004, private owned ATMs inside hotel and casinos averaged around $3-4. That does not include any fees your bank may charge you for not using their own ATMs.

Best bet is just to check your bank%26#39;s website for the closest ATM locations to where you will be.

Another tip, when you buy something at a store that accepts the ATM card, they usually offer you the option of CASH BACK. Use it to get whatever amount of money you need.

At Luxor earlier this month the fee was $3 for a regular withdrawal. If you wanted a cash advance it was a percentage, starting at 11%, if I recall correctly.

Here are the 5 closest WASHINGTON MUTUAL ATMs to the Strip. The last I checked, they do not charge ATM fees to use their ATMs. Of course you may be charged by your own bank. Check with your bank in advance.

ATM by the cashiers cage in the Venetian was $3.

vegasrookie,

Just make sure you get your cash before you head to the SC%26#39;s.

The ATM at Casino Royale only charged $1! I was shocked. Of course, that doesn%26#39;t rule out fees from your own bank.

WOW! Thanks for all the info.! It%26#39;s greatly appreciated!

Note that most banks only allow you to withdrawal $500 in a 24 hour period. For some people its ot a big deal. But it really stinks when you withdraw money at like 2am, get drunk, and lose it, and then cant gamble at all the next day. unless you wanna get acahs advace which have ridacalous fees.

Does anyone know where a US bank atm is?
